Just a quick heads-up about getting in touch with us at Dougal's. When I’m out and about taking care of our beloved dogs, answering calls can be a bit challenging. Since the dogs are my main priority (and I don’t have a secretary!), I often miss calls or might forget important details if I do manage to pick up.

To make sure your needs are met and nothing gets lost in the shuffle, the best way to reach out is through text, email, or a direct message on our social media pages. This way, I can read your requirements, have everything written down, and get back to you more efficiently.

Also, please note that I don’t answer the phone in the evenings or on weekends. Everyone needs a bit of downtime, including me! 🐶
