Checklist for dogs boarding at Dougal’s

1.    Are your dog’s vaccinations up to date with an image uploaded to the booking system? (We will not accept dogs without this)

2.    Have you updated their flea and worming details? (Brands used and dates given) We will not able to accept dogs without this.

3.    Are your contact and emergency contact details correct on the booking system?

4.    Does your dog have a well fitted collar and tag?

5.    Food. Please bring your dogs food in a good airtight container.  Please no plastic/paper bags that can tear and spill.  Please bring cup or scoop clearly marked for the amount your dogs require per meal.

6.    Please also be aware of using non-recyclable/re-usable plastic bags to bring your dogs food.  We are trying to be as eco-friendly as possible and frown upon unnecessary plastic waste.

7.    Drop off times are strictly 8-10am only Monday -Saturday.  No drop offs on Sundays.

8.    Collection times are 8-10am or 4-6pm Monday-Saturday or strictly 4pm prompt on Sunday’s.

9.    Have you followed us on Facebook and Instagram to keep updated on your dogs stay?

10. Please do not alter your dogs food prior to their stay at Dougal’s or feed them rich treats before they arrive.  There will be a charge for unnecessary cleaning or ill dogs requiring a vet visits within 48 hours of arrival.
